Connect 84, part of the Connect development acquired by Sunrise Real Estate at the mixed-use industrial scheme Integra 61, will become home to a new storage centre for records management, digitisation and secure recycling services firm, Restore Plc. A 15-year lease has been signed to take the 84,175 sq ft at the Connect 84 unit which offers best-in-class space and BREEAM Excellent ratings.

The state-of-the-art unit sits amongst four other Connect units totalling 640,000sq ft all of which have excellent transport links sitting adjacent to junction 61 of the A1(M). Avison Young, CBRE and Naylors Gavin Black acted as joint letting agents for Sunrise on the deal.
