Connect 63, part of the Connect development acquired by Sunrise Real Estate at the mixed-use industrial scheme Integra 61, will become home to growing flooring retailer, Flooring Superstore. The company, who are relocating from Shildon, are taking 63,000 sq ft at the Connect 63 unit which offers best-in-class space and BREEAM Excellent ratings.

The state-of-the-art unit sits amongst four other Connect units totalling 640,000 sq ft all of which have excellent transport links sitting adjacent to junction 61 of the A1(M). Avison Young, CBRE and Naylors Gavin Black acted as joint letting agents for Sunrise on the deal.
